Shipping conditions
The goods are delivered worldwide. Unfortunately, shipping is not currently possible to all countries. If your shipping country is affected, please contact us by email and we will try to find a solution.

Deliveries within Germany:

Deliveries to non-EU countries:
We calculate shipping costs to third countries based on shipping weight and depending on the destination country. Exact shipping costs are indicated after entering the recipient country in the shopping cart.
Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Digital content is made available to you in your customer account.
The goods will be made available within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
You will also be informed about the availability by email.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 4 working days, and for international deliveries within 7-30 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
